Shipping policy

We aim to ship every ShoreWright order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@shorewright.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
