Currency

All transactions on shorewright.com are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers paying with a non-U.S. card may be subject to currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees set by their card issuer.

No Hidden Fees

The total amount shown at checkout — including any shipping and applicable sales tax — is the final amount you will be charged. We do not add service fees, handling fees, or any other charges after you place your order.

Payment Authorization and Charges

Your payment method is authorized at the time you place your order. For in-stock items, the full charge is captured at the time of purchase. For pre-order items, a partial deposit or full amount may be captured at the time of purchase, with any remaining balance charged at a future date per our Cancellations policy.

If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will be prompted to update your payment information or contact your card issuer.

Payment Security

All payments on shorewright.com are processed through Shopify Payments and our other authorized payment providers (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay). These providers are PCI DSS compliant and use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your payment information. ShoreWright does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking information on our servers.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you complete your order.

Billing Disputes and Errors

If you believe a charge was made in error, or if you do not recognize a charge from ShoreWright, please contact us at support@shorewright.com with your order number and the date and amount of the charge before disputing the charge with your card issuer. We will work with you to resolve any billing issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds for returned or canceled orders are issued to the original payment method per our Refund Policy. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank.
